Anyway... I have no idea why you wouldn't be able to cry. Try to think about it, though. When is the last time you cried? What did you cry about? Is it possible there is some issue you aren't willing to address? Where you ever punished as a child for crying?

There are probably a million reasons something like this could happen, but only you can find the right one and address it. Maybe you'll need the help of a therapist. In any case, good luck. :)

I had something like that. Although I didn't cry lots before it, I went through a phase where no matter how hard i tried and how sad i felt, I wouldn't try.
now my eyes are filled up whenever i even think of something remotely upsetting. I cry at the TV too. Sometimes when im really low i dont even realise that there's water coming out of my eyes. it's strange how i went from one extreme to the next. I hope it works out okay for you, but don't worry about it too much, time is a great healer.
