Well at least you don't send them! I guess the mean comments are you just trying to vent some frustration, stress, or anger. That's pretty normal, and everyone deals with stuff like that differently. As long as you aren't letting anyone see them, I don't really think you're hurting anyone. You could try to be more positive for your own sake, though.

i do the same thing with my random secrets and confessions, i type them all out, make sure everythings perfect, then erase them all,
i think that just typing them out, and seeing them here on the screen, just once, helps me to understand why theyre bothering me and why theyre my secrets,

by the way, by admiting this, your not as much of an asshole as you think you are :)
