I hoped my father was dead for the same reason. He wasnt. I tracked him back down, and called him once. He knew who i was after not hearing my voice since i was 8 years old. Im now 18. The phone cut out and I've never called back. I realised that its better to accept that there are people out there who should love you but arent ready because they have issues preventing them from loving themselves, than it is to feel anguish because they don't. Ive committed my life to being a better person, because I wont be a victim, and I will be grateful for the lesson I have learned about family.

how about instead of waiting for her to get in touch with you , why dont you go out and look for her?? who knows she might be looking for you but just cant find you. & if shes not she doesnt know what shes missing
