Whether you realize it or not, half your friends probably already know you lie about things but don't call you on it because most people aren't that confrontational and that would make them feel awkward.

Hey.
I can't make you do anything but I can tell you what I think.
You need to come clean. And I know this from experience.
Okay here's the story..
About a year or two ago me and my friend Abby were BEST freinds with this girl named Jennica.
We told each other EVERYTHING including our deepest secrets. Well, one day, we were all talking and she started crying and telling us that in 7th grade she was raped and never told anyone. It was terrible. She said the guy was out of her life and it was okay though and made us promise not to tell. Then about 3 months later she started freaking out because the guy somehow got her number and started calling her again threatning her about the whole thing. We didnt know what to do and it was so bad.
Well about 8 months later one day she was crying to all of us and was like "you guys are going to hate me and never talk to me again..." and then came clean to making the whole thing up.
That wasnt the only lie she made up either. She said she had been on drugs (totally wasnt) and made up guys that she had things with and things that they had done.
Well.. when she first told me I was in shock. I didnt know what to do. then I couldnt talk to her for a couple days but it was alright. I just lost my trust in her thats all. But if you are a good freind you will come clean too. If your worried about what they will say your only worrieing about yourself and not your friends. You have hurt someone enough with the lies. eitehr stop them or come clean. good luck.
