Tell someone. Your true friends will believe you and support you no matter what. The only way that any of this is going to get better is if you talk to your mom or doctor about it. You have to talk to someone, or else things might just get worse

first of all, i don't know wtf the last comment is all about -
now, to the important stuff -
if you think you have clinical depression but don't want to tell anyone (i presume you mean a family member or friend) then you can go to your doctor who will either put you on antidepressants if you're clinically depressed and/or refer you for counselling to deal with your depression. depression is a very real illness. it's like any other illness in that it's not your fault. people who are diabetic take pills for that and people who are anemic take pills for that so too do people who are depressed take pills for their illness. regardless of the cause of the depression, the end result is a chemical imbalance in the brain. that equals depression.
i hope you find the support you need. please, be courageous and talk to a docor (if you don't have a doctor, go to a walk-in clinic). you'll be thankful you did.
take care. best wishes. lots of love to you. sincerely.
