I agree that its quite annoying when someone bitches about their nailpolish or hairdresser, but its equally annoying how people choose to let the environment they live in bring them down.
you have it a lot better then a lot of people, so suck it up, your life will go on you will get out of it and you will move on, unless you choose to allow a bad childhood which countless people have to hold you back. how sad.
