I have two bosses, a man and a woman - both married with kids. We often go out for cocktails after work. A few weeks ago, my female boss had quite a bit to drink and confessed to me that she's been sleeping with my other boss. She even told me they'd had sex on the conference room table!
Now that I'm her confidant, she tells me all about their sex life. He's the best she's ever had, how her husband has no idea, etc. etc. It really disturbs me, but she's my boss, what do I say?
I haven't been able to respect either one since.

As long as they're not asking you to hold the camera, just ride it out. Most likely it'll die out eventually, no need to let anything be on your conscience.

tell your boss not to discuss her sex life with you any longer. if she continues to do so, and it makes you uncomfortable, then that's sexual harassment.

I'd say to be honest with your boss. Tell her that your knowing all of this places you into an uncomfortable corner and that you'd rather she didn't discuss it with you.
Or, if you're in the USA, sue the company for seven figures and retire. (And that's only half a joke.)
