Yeah, stop overreacting- so you got raped and given an STD, it's only chlamydia!

You poor girl, I am so so sorry. When I was assulted I kept on playing the images over and over in my mind until I nearly went crazy. I also found it impossible to tell anyone, so I looked into various self help techniques (desperate times call for desperate measures) and something I found so helpful was to shrink the image, until it was a tiny speack, drain it of colour and make it silent. If you are 'reliving' the experience, seeing it through your eyes, then imagine yourself drifting out of your body, so that you're seeing it from above, and getting further and further away until the scene is tiny. Keep doing this whenever you 'see' these pictures and you'll quickly start to feel better.

Also, I'm sure you already are but make sure you get on antibiotics- chlamydia is easily curable but can lead to infertility if left untreated.

the people above me are really harsh. i know that you have chlamydia and yeah, its curable but still. you got RAPED. you have the right to react however you want. im so so sorry you have to deal with this
